Job Summary

- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Coordinate care with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and progress
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Department-specific competencies and certifications required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
