Job Summary
">The Nursing Assistant Trainee is enrolled in a formal training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide holistic, client-centered care. As a member of the nursing team, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and partner with a preceptor to deliver safe, caring, and efficient care to clients.

- Assist with basic healthcare needs, activities of daily living, and other personal care tasks as assigned. ">
- Work with clients and their families to ensure physical, cognitive, spiritual, emotional, and social needs are met. ">
- Deliver age-appropriate care to meet the physical, psychological, and restorative needs of clients as defined in the care plan. ">
- Communicate changes in client condition and care-related concerns to a licensed nurse. ">
- Document client care when appropriate. ">
Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 16 years old, and possess prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care (preferably). You must also be able to pass a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license checks (dependent on facility requirements).
