Job Description:
As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence in providing personal care to clients in a Christian environment. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and delivering other personal care as assigned.

Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and delivering other personal care as assigned
* Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living, such as transferring, repositioning, range of motion exercises, and walking using appropriate transfer techniques and equipment
* Communicate changes in client condition and care-related concerns to a licensed nurse
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is also preferred. You must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position, if required by the facility.
