Job Description
This role involves planning and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, evaluate and intervene on clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
- Administer physical therapy interventions using approved tools and techniques.
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on client's/patient's/resident's needs.
- Communicate with clients/patients/residents and their families regarding treatment plans and exercises to be performed at home.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Be licensed to practice in the state(s) where the job is located.
- Maintain required certifications and competencies.
