The Good Samaritan Society is seeking an experienced nurse leader to join our team as a Regional Clinical Services Director.
Job Description
As a Regional Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals in providing high-quality care to patients and residents in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic nursing plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in our facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and communication.
- Mentor and develop nursing leaders to enhance career growth and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care related field preferred.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience; 5 years experience in a long term or post-acute care setting as a Director of Nursing required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
