About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will use your nursing expertise to provide individualized, compassionate care to our residents. Your role will involve :
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify resident needs.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
- Providing education and support to residents regarding health maintenance and preventive care.
- Coordinating nursing care that encompasses all phases of treatment and recovery.
- Acting as charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to ensure effective and safe care delivery.
You will practice within the full scope of your nursing knowledge, adhering to the nursing standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act. Your commitment to ethical nursing practice and professional conduct will guide your interactions with residents and their families.
