About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will also be required to work every other weekend and holiday.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to residents, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and grooming, as well as administering medications and collecting vital signs.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum age of 18 years old.
- Prior experience in long-term care, preferably in a certified nursing assistant role.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the State Board of Nursing, depending on location.
