Responsibilities
- Collaborate with residents and families to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including preventative measures, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and educate residents on their health conditions.
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an active RN license in the state where practicing.
- Meet department-specific competency and certification requirements.
