Job Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in our team, responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to our residents.
This involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Demonstrate expertise and competency in nursing practice, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive care to residents throughout all stages of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, educate residents and their families, and implement various nursing interventions as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a degree from a nationally accredited nursing program or equivalent experience.
- Hold an active RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
