We have a job opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility in Blackduck, MN. This is a 12-hour night shift position with a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week. The salary range is $38.00 - $48.00 per hour, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.
The RN will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. They will collaborate with residents and families, as well as other healthcare professionals, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN must demonstrate competency in their area of expertise and practice within the scope of nursing standards. They will also coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and educate residents on various health topics.
Qualifications include a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program, a current RN license, and department-specific competencies and certifications.
