We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at GSS MN Brainerd Bethany. As a valued member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and implement care
- Providing education and support to residents and their families to promote independence and well-being
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
