About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents across various age groups in our long-term care facilities. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will provide professional nursing care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in nursing principles to deliver exceptional care in the relevant clinical setting.
- Ensure the well-being, comfort, and safety of residents by providing timely interventions.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered by healthcare professionals.
- Offer technical support to colleagues as needed to maintain a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently possess an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
