Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with the resident and family, as well as other healthcare professionals, is essential for effective care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents.
- Care for residents in all phases of their care journey.
- Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
