Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our facilities in the beautiful area of Wisconsin. The majority of our visits are located in the St. Croix, Osceola area, extending south towards Hudson.
As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will be responsible for conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.
You will document client information, establish therapeutic plans, and educate clients and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
- Document client information, establish therapeutic plans, and educate clients and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Requirements
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
- Valid driver's license when applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification
