Nursing Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing personalized care plans that address their physical, emotional, and social requirements
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care, addressing complex medical and behavioral issues
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident well-being, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Document resident care accurately and efficiently, maintaining clear and concise records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
