Job Role
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a nursing assistant. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Your responsibilities will include delivering age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of residents, as outlined in their care plans. This includes providing assistance with basic health care needs, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and offering psychosocial support.
You will also be expected to participate in procedures, document resident interactions, and communicate any changes in a resident's condition or concerns to the charge nurse. Additionally, you may be required to collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs of residents
