Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Utilize the nursing process to identify and address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered RN license or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
