About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. As an SLP, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide individualized speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer speech and language evaluations, tests or examinations to diagnose and plan treatments for clients/patients/residents with various speech problems and swallowing disorders.
- Assess clients/patients/residents with various speech, language, cognitive or swallowing problems and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
- Provide speech and language services to clients/patients/residents; monitor disease progression and adjust treatments accordingly.
Requirements
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or currently working on Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
