Clinical Care Leader
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Leader to join our nursing team at St. in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nursing home staff and activities, including resident care and record-keeping.
- Assign residents to available nursing staff, taking into consideration the resident's condition and the employee's skill level.
- Measure employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in the training of new staff members and the development of existing staff members.
- Monitor resident care areas and other nursing home facilities for cleanliness and readiness.
- Provide nursing care to nursing home residents on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Three years of nursing management experience, two of which must be at the manager or higher level.
- One year long-term care or subacute care experience is required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
