Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Mobility Specialist to join our team at GSS MN St Peter Hm Care. The successful candidate will design and deliver comprehensive physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans, documenting client's/patient's/resident's information as needed.
- Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home, promoting independence and optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrate expertise in current research and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.
Requirements
- Possess an appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Hold licensure in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist, upholding professional credentials.
- When applicable, may require a valid driver's license, facilitating travel and access to facilities.
- Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications, ensuring ongoing proficiency and competence.
