Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs that meet the needs of our clients/patients/residents.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions to help clients/patients/residents achieve their rehabilitation goals \
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans \
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and service \
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client/patient/resident progress \
- Provide education and training to peers in the area of expertise \
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure \
- Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist \
- When applicable, may require valid driver's license \
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications \
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment \
