**Key Responsibilities:**
- Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions that are consistent with demonstrated competency levels, patient's goals, and the requirements of the practice setting and/or state licensure
- Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with physical therapists to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner
**Qualifications:**
- Completion of an approved education program in Physical Therapist Assistant studies
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice
- Ability to maintain accurate records of patient care
