You will have the opportunity to work with experienced clinicians, engage in ongoing education and training, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with meals and snacks
- Provide water and supplements as appropriate
- Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs
- Document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse
Requirements:
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
- Minimum age of 16
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
