Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
In addition, the LPN will participate in the assessment of residents, develop self-care programs, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
