Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at GSS NE Albion. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our registered nurses (RNs) to provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to our assigned residents. Your ability to deliver age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of our residents will be essential in creating a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents.
- Assisting residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as appropriate.
- Documenting resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
