Sign on Bonus
Full Time Sign On Bonus = $4000.00 total;
After 30 Days = $800.00
After 6 Months = $1200.00
After 1 Year = $2000.00
Position Detail: Choose Every other weekend or on Call rotation
Days (6:45am - 3:15pm)
Evenings (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Position Summary
The RN Floor Nurse is responsible to assess resident care needs and take appropriate action. Will follow facility policies & procedures to implement treatment orders; to assess resident treatment needs and take appropriate action. Adhere to facility policies and procedures to implement medication orders; to administer medications in an accurate and timely manner.
Communicate resident care information appropriately and promptly. Supervise the Certified Nursing Assistants on their unit. Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Planning
Essential Job Requirements
Education: Two (2) year Associates Degree
License: Active New York State RN license
Qualifications: BLS and/or CPR certification (Highly preferred)
Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
Experience: Prior RN experience preferred
Physical Demands
Never: Climbing Ladders
Occasionally: Lifting/Carrying 26 lbs Pushing/Pulling 50 lbs Sitting. Crouching, Crawling, Climbing Stairs
Frequently: Lifting/Carrying 1-10 lbs, Pushing/Pulling 1-50 lbs Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Reaching
Continuously: Standing and Walking.
