Join Our Team as a Church Administrative Assistant!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our church office running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for office coordination, communication, and support, ensuring our staff and congregation stay connected and well-supported.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to :
- Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and handle church correspondence.
- Maintain the church calendar, schedule appointments, and assist with event planning.
- Prepare and distribute bulletins, newsletters, and other church communications.
- Keep accurate records, including membership databases and office files.
- Provide administrative support to pastors and ministry leaders.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to keep operations running efficiently.
- Handle sensitive church matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
