Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, including assisted living facilities and adult foster homes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- BLS certification
- Home Health experience preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule Information
This is a full-time position working day shifts from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation. The schedule includes four days on, two days off, with the fifth day off being Thursday before the weekend. This rotation allows for a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for rest and relaxation.
