Good Shepherd Services, LTD, is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator for our Seymour, Wisconsin campus. The candidate will lead our skilled nursing facility to fulfill our mission statement of "serving those entrusted to us with dignity, respect, compassion, in a safe and cheerful environment. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible to act as the Administrator for our CMS five star 50 bed skilled nursing facility.
Position Summary: The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for administering, directing, operating and coordinating all activities of the skilled nursing facility to meet current regulations. The Nursing Home Administrator provides leadership with a focus on quality outcomes for the individuals and staff served by the facility supervised. The position plans, directs and supervises personnel and systems designed to assure quality of all services provided.
** Call will be split 50/50 with Executive Director**
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess and continue to possess an unencumbered valid unencumbered WI Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Possess the education and knowledge to fulfill the essential position functions including working knowledge of federal/state and local regulations and requirements.
- Possess the physical and cognitive capabilities to fulfill the essential functions of the position including the abilities to read, write and speak English.
- Possess patience, tact and enthusiasm and a willingness to handle difficult situations. Works beyond normal working hours as necessary.
- Minimum of one year experience as a WI Nursing Home Administrator.
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
