Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the accuracy of warehouse activities through excellence in receiving, identifying, and shipping of our products. Monitors and manages inventory levels. Fulfills wholesale and internet orders. Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities.

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions (inventory receipts, transfers, order fulfillment) with high level of accuracy; directs activities of other team members during high volume periods and as needed
• Assures that all inventory is in correct location, properly labeled and issued in FIFO order; conducts weekly warehouse inspections and cycle counts for reconciliation
• Monitors compliance with established inventory processes and recommends improvements as needed
• Assists in managing inventory levels and reports items needing review
• Interfaces with customers, transport carriers and internal team members to answer questions and solve problems.
• Prepares reports to summarize warehouse activities

Qualifications

• Motivated to achieve company goals, take on new challenges and continue to grow skills
• Experience in organizing and improving warehouse operations
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient Excel and computer skills
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Forklift and pallet jack certified a plus
• High School Diploma required
