What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR Claims Specialist position at Good Sportsman Marketing LLC?
Job Purpose: To manage outstanding AR and work with customers to secure payments on delinquent accounts. Research and resolve account discrepancies with large box retailers.

Summary of Essential Job Duties
- Utilize Customer Portals to research and dispute discrepancies.
- File/Maintain Claims on Customer Portals and Spreadsheets.
- Contact Customers by email to collect outstanding debt.
- Research and locate documentation to aid in disputing discrepancies.
- Send statements and reconcile accounts.
- Assist with billing as needed.
- Export data to Microsoft Excel and manipulate data within the spreadsheet.
- Communicate progress with supervisor on a weekly basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent decision making skills; critical thinker by nature with great attention to detail.
- Some experience with Accounts Receivable and accounting software preferred.
- Prior experience working with Amazon and Walmart Customer Portals a plus.
