Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental services, commercial cleaning, and custodial duties. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Handle trash removal and recycling duties
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents for different surfaces
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks including buffing
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive movements
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
