Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or needed repairs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning processes and techniques.
