What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at Good Thanks?
Good thanks is a popular dining destination in Williamsburg Brooklyn, we are known for our fun dinner program with classic dishes and some creative additions. The role will be 5 days with Tuesday and Sunday off.
The lead cook will be expected to:
- Complete prep and recipes accurately and consistently
- Communicate well with Chef and management
- Have a positive and friendly attitude toward all team members
- Have a true passion and care for Cooking and restaurants
- Be a leader during service
Key Qualifications Include:
-Previous experience in a professional kitchen
-Positive attitude, collaborative and detail oriented.
-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards.
- Must have NYC food handlers license.
