Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, demonstrating the ability to engage with customers effectively while promoting our products. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product placement.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels, track sales, and assist with stock management.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while providing tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial for managing stock and sales reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling and promoting products effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions is a plus.
