We are seeking a Barback to join our vibrant team at FITOOR. In this role, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized, contributing to a seamless service experience for our guests. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service that our brand is known for.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock supplies such as liquor, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation when necessary.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic cash handling skills are advantageous.

Pay: $17.40 - $18.08 per hour
