Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Market Manager to join our telesales team. This role requires a proactive sales professional who excels in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results. You will engage HR departments across various industries, promoting our unique life event gift solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct 50-75 daily outbound calls and emails to potential clients, utilizing our robust database of 4,000 accounts.
- Expand business opportunities by reaching out to sister locations of existing clients and leveraging our strong client referrals.
- Manage sample campaigns to prospects and follow up on those samples to close new business and acquire new customers.
- Deliver compelling phone presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to stir interest and close sales.
- Facilitate virtual sales presentations through Google Meet and Zoom, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge.
- Manage and track sales activities using tools like ZoomInfo and Monday.com to ensure accurate sales forecasting and lead management.
