We are looking for a team member that can help us put the “good” in Good Witch.
About You
A successful Residential Cleaning Technician (RCT) manages their own time, equipment, and supplies with a 1-2 house per day schedule. You and your Trainer will interact positively with clients and use our proven systems and processes to produce life-altering results. A successful RCT is highly motivated, friendly, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The MOST successful technicians are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and love working every day to find new ways of connecting with and wowing their clients. They are committed to learning a trade and enjoy gaining new skills and techniques.
Prerequisites:
- (Required) Must have own reliable transportation
Essential Daily Tasks:
- Be on time, in uniform, and ready to work, moving through each task with a purpose
- Follow the prescribed checklist for each job site
- Positively interact with clients and coworkers
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Maintain the inventory of your own supply kit
Education and Experience:
- Required: 2-3 years of customer service experience: retail and restaurant count for a lot around here!
- Required: must be able to pass a background check
- Required: must have own driver’s license and own reliable transportation
- Always appreciated: cleaning experience, management experience, some college. Being a stay at home caretaker for family also counts here: even unpaid labor is still nursing or childcare experience.

Working Conditions
- No adverse environmental conditions—we work in air conditioning and heat!
- Must be able to utilize respiratory equipment, including wearing a fabric mask on required job sites. We work with immunocompromised clients.
- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, lift, carry up to 35 lbs regularly, walk, stand for hours at a time, stoop, and kneel; full range of motion required.
- Ability to work on stepstools and ladders.
Compensation
- $15 per hour during probationary period, then highly competitive, percentage-based pay once fully trained.
- Paid drive time during training, then mileage once fully trained.
