Position Overview

The Corporate Controller leads the general accounting and treasury teams, ensuring high-quality financial information to support effective business decision-making. This role maintains internal controls, accurate financial reporting, efficient accounts payable processes, transparent cash management, and short-term investment strategies while partnering with leadership to align financial insights with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.
• Financial Management : Oversee financial operations, reporting, capital budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Treasury / Cash Management : Manage treasury functions, cash flow projections, and vendor relations.
• Financial Reporting : Lead period-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Internal Controls : Develop and maintain controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Financial Analysis : Provide insights through data-driven financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Process Improvement : Continuously optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with executive leadership and external partners.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
