Position Overview
The Corporate Controller leads the general accounting and treasury teams, ensuring high-quality financial information to support effective business decision-making. This role maintains internal controls, accurate financial reporting, efficient accounts payable processes, transparent cash management, and short-term investment strategies while partnering with leadership to align financial insights with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.
- Financial Management : Oversee financial operations, reporting, capital budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Treasury / Cash Management : Manage treasury functions, cash flow projections, and vendor relations.
- Financial Reporting : Lead period-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Internal Controls : Develop and maintain controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Financial Analysis : Provide insights through data-driven financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement : Continuously optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with executive leadership and external partners.
