Job Summary
This position oversees crew members and directs all daily food service operations of the Little Caesars Rigby Idaho location, supervises, and trains employees, and works with vendors to ensure food products in the store are optimized and waste reduced. Works productively to fulfill their job requirements and assists all other employees in the preparation and distribution of food in their stores. They build vendor relationships, run day-to-day store operations, validate invoices, practice food safety, and manage all activities associated with the food service operation in their store.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
- Day-to-day operation- running shifts, stocking, producing, following Good2Go programs, opening and closing of store, and all food-related operations in the store
- Serves customers correct, completes orders within service time goals according to the Customer Service Standards, and upholds high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and build vendor relationships.
- Maintains fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
- Prepares and ensures consistent, high quality products are served to customers.
- Leads crew members and directs all daily food service operations of the store, supervises and trains employees, ensuring all food preparation is complete.
- Fill in for absent employees and help where needed.
- Be proactive in community involvement for food and beverage.
- Validate invoices
- Ensure all food products are prepared and handled in a safe way. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, especially when handling food. Reduce shrink.
- Rotate products and try to reduce waste.
- Maintain vendor relationships, community involvement, etc.
- Maintains equipment
- Maintain all activities associated with the foodservice and dispensed beverage offers in your stores.
- Completes other tasks such as:
- Managing employee breaks and shift changes.
- Motivating and coaching crew members
- Assisting in the training of new employees.
- Distributing all necessary tasks and duties during each shift in a fair and effective manner and manages unexpected no-show situations.
Additional
- Cover additional shifts as assigned.
Supervision of Others
- Lead crew members and direct all daily food service operations of the store, supervise, and train employees, and ensure that food prep is done professionally.
- Manage no-show situations, when necessary.
Work Environment
- Typically work is performed in a retail store setting.
- May work in hot or cold environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
- Have previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
