Job Summary
Oversees all aspects of single retail store operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure company safety standards are followed and promoted.
· Drives operational efficiencies of being noticeably clean as well as providing an unexpected friendliness in the stores through training initiatives that adhere to operational goals and tools provided.
· Responsible for building sales, managing inventory both in ordering and in shrink, managing labor to expectations, cash management including bank deposits and ensuring that all maintenance issues are logged in a timely manner.
· Responsible for executing Good 2 Go’s Standard of Excellence Playbook to maintain overall standards, customer service standards and representing Good 2 Go Stores Brand image.
· Spends time on all shifts coaching, training, assessing, and actively leading all store teams within their respective store. Acts as a CSR, cook, or any position when needed as business needs.
· Ensure new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete and up to date.
· Maintains knowledge and awareness of competition, including pricing and promotions.
· Responsible for merchandising in their respective store and adhering to all plan-o-grams.
· Establishes a work environment which sets a clear path for career development for all employees. Training and developing our future leaders.
· Responsible for maintaining overall presentation standards, customer service standards and representing Good 2 Go Stores brand/image to set expectations.
· Executes inventory management standards by ordering based off sales and customer buying habits. Management accountability by ensuring shrink is under control to company standards. Executing all invoices in the system and ensuring accuracy.
· Drives excellence in Food Service by executing designed processes, implementing goals to increase sales and margin, product quality, and the utilization of training resources.
· Provide the highest level of customer service and resolve all complaints as they arise.
· Ensure EPA compliance and documentation are maintained. Trains all employees on emergency situations such as spills, stoppage of pumps or other critical safety activities.
· Actively engages in the community to create a sense of partnership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
