Under the direction of the DSD Analytics and Insights Manager, the incumbent will collaborate extensively with the Business Insights and Analytics and Sales Departments. The primary objective is to facilitate the keys insights and actions of route-to-market performance of our distributor network and drive KPI performance for our regional sales team. This position will coordinate both the pre- and post-conversion process, maintain and update detailed documentation to ensure accuracy, measure the total business impact of the accounts, coordinate the development of tools to drive increased volume and points of interruption in store. By providing valuable insights and strategies, the incumbent will influence the retail regional accounts selling strategies, distribution service benchmarks, promotional efficacy and more. The incumbent will assume responsibility for interdepartmental communication within your designated region, guided by the Sr. managers directives.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Manages and develops reporting and measurements tools for regional distributors performance that are efficient and accurate to deliver key opportunities and actions that ensure success.
- Develops complex datasets in DOMO to convert data, formulate dashboards, and generates automated PowerPoint presentations to reveal trends and patterns for analysis.
- Contributes to all regional distributor business review meetings by maintaining accurate data, reporting, and driving key insights that correspond to the Companys key objectives for distributors.
- Supports continued distribution gains by ensuring accurate and complete new vendor and item set up through the customers portal for specific retailer accounts.
Cultivates relationships and serves as the primary liaison for designated accounts throughout the route-to-market chain conversion process.
- Engages with our internal sales team, as well as collaborates closely with retailers, brokers, and distributors to organize, track, and communicate the comprehensive completion and precision of all conversion paperwork and route-to-market configurations.
Determines sales or service level opportunities within regional distributors performance and works with the Sales Team to assist in execution.
- Drives optimal placement and inventory levels, while working to increase points of interruption in store thorough weekly data reports and contributing to selling materials
- Contributes to weekly regional market team performance and insights of distributor performance to drive actionable takeaways to ensure correct actions are taken to drive business growth
Education/Experience
Required:
- 1 to 2 years of retail experience and/or store level selling, required.
- Experience working with consumer-packaged goods, retail, and/or product distribution with exposure to DSD route-to-market model, required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), required.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, required.
- Experience with VIP, RetailLink, IRi data, required.
- Experience with DOMO or other dataset software, required.
Preferred:
- Experience within Beverage sales
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an associate analyst
- Experience within a small company, especially a small growth company
