Roles And Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute an annual in-person networking event, overseeing all aspects from venue selection to attendee communication, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and member needs.
- Partner with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive member engagement strategy, contributing to content, campaigns, and initiatives that drive participation and enhance member interaction with Good360.
- Analyze engagement metrics such as participation rates, retention, and onboarding success to refine strategies and improve member connection and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain valuable resources, including toolkits and guides, that provide additional value to nonprofit members, furthering their missions, regularly updating materials based on member input and evolving needs.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a strong sense of community within the membership network, leveraging member feedback to adapt over time. Can include cadenced calls with strategic partners, to foster networking and additional growth for the membership.
- Minimum of 3 years, with experience in community engagement, relationship management, or membership coordination, or a similar capacity role.
- Experience coordinating in-person events, including logistics, programming, and attendee communication.
- Strong understanding of community-building principles and techniques to foster connections and a sense of belonging within membership networks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engagement strategies.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other engagement platforms.
- Prior experience working with nonprofit organizations or within the social impact sector is highly desirable.
