Job Title: Superintendent – Project Management

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Superintendent to lead our construction projects, overseeing on-site operations and ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

• Manage daily site operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Oversight of subcontractor performance to guarantee quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
• Regular site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and maintain effective communication.
• Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols to create a secure worksite.
• Evaluation and maintenance of project milestones at the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5 years as a Superintendent, with a proven track record of managing projects.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams effectively, motivate others, and resolve conflicts on-site.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Safety Focus: In-depth understanding of OSHA standards and proactive approach to maintaining a safe worksite.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints, project documentation, and construction technology.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve site challenges efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $120K–$200K, based on experience and qualifications.
