What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renovations Admin position at GOODALL POOLS INC?
This position will provide pre and post sale administrative support and coordination for the Renovation Department of the Construction Division. Responsibilities will also include participation in the New Pools and Spas portions of the division. Specifically, this position organizes and ensures the smooth and efficient workflow of both sales and production for Renovation Projects. Duties include general receptionist, accounting, and project-based work. A professional company image must be maintained through in-person and phone interaction with customers, sub-contractors, and other team members.
- Aptitude to demonstrate strong people skills.
- Demonstrated strong computer skills will be an absolute requirement for this position.
- Experience and understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
