Field Consultant
Job Purpose: The Field Consultant plays a vital role in ensuring the operational excellence and success of our business. This position is responsible for providing on-site support, guidance, and expertise to franchisees, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement across the franchise network. The Field Consultant collaborates closely with franchisees to enhance operational efficiency, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide hands-on support, and offer guidance on various aspects, including but not limited to, operations, guest service, quality control, and compliance with brand standards.
- Work closely with franchisees to optimize their operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. Provide guidance on inventory management, labor optimization, cost control, and menu engineering to enhance profitability.
- Deliver comprehensive on-site training programs to franchisees and their staff, covering operational procedures, customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Provide coaching and support to address performance gaps and enhance employee productivity.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of franchise locations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address performance gaps, drive revenue growth, and increase profitability.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to established brand standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistency in quality, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing communication, feedback, and support. Act as a liaison between franchisees and the franchisor, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of on-site visits, assessments, action plans, and franchisee communications. Generate reports and analysis to provide insights into the performance of individual locations and the franchise network as a whole.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a franchising environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, operational efficiency, and guest service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with franchisees, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel extensively to visit franchise locations within a designated territory or region.
Working Conditions:
- This role primarily works in the field, visiting franchise locations for assessments, training, and support.
- Duties split between quick-service restaurant environment and office environment.
- Extensive travel is required to visit multiple franchise locations within a designated territory or region. Travel frequency may vary depending on business needs.
Physical Demands:
- Walking and standing for extended periods during on-site visits, inspections, and training sessions.
- Lifting and carrying training materials or equipment during visits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
