Job Summary:
The HVAC Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote HVAC services across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- Oversee social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and track conversion rates.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Plan and coordinate local events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (required)
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
