The Concepts:

At Credence, we're not just serving food; we're crafting an experience. Credence is a South Texas ranch-inspired, upscale dining concept exploring Levi’s perspectives on South Texas’s food, people, and culture. Sidebar, an exclusive reservation only speakeasy-style cocktail bar draws inspiration from the early-1900s Texas oil boom and will be discreetly connected to Credence. With Credence and Sidebar, we're reshaping the landscape of fine dining and mixology, and we want you to be a part of it.

Position Summary:

The guest experience is very important to us, and the Server position is key to honoring that commitment. We are searching for career-minded hospitality professionals with exceptional drive and people skills. As a Server at Credence, you must understand the fine balance of service and help provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a timely, courteous, efficient, organized, and accurate manner. The Server is the frontline executor in the Front of the House operation, ensuring our guests experience excellence in service and hospitality firsthand. Servers must be polite and friendly, not only to our guests but also to their fellow colleagues. At the end of the day, this position must embrace and execute Levi Goode Brand’s high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness as their own.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient order taking and food/beverage delivery to meet quality standards and uphold brand values.
• Provide immaculate table maintenance accordingly and remove any trash or debris throughout the restaurant, ensuring a pristine environment for our Guest and colleagues
• Maintain beverage levels of Guests beverages
• Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
• Maintain open communication with fellow staff and management
• Operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card and cash transactions
• Exudes positivity and a great attitude while delivering exceptional guest service
• Maintains an extensive understanding of all menu offerings and confidently responds to inquiries about food and beverage, including their preparation.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures to ensure the prevention of intoxication.
• Effectively and efficiently manage guests' allergies and special requests
• Assist captains effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers.
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
