**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Manager for our quick casual food restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from kitchen management to customer service, with the goal of driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, front of house & delivery drivers ensuring they are productive, efficient, and meet high-quality standards.
- Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and labor costs, ensuring the restaurant operates within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and customer service.
- Manage and maintain restaurant equipment.
- Utilize Toast POS and other technology to track sales, manage inventory, and monitor restaurant operations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and profitability.
**Experience**
- Experience in Restaurant management role, preferably in a quick service food environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Experience with kitchen management and food production.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer service.
