We are seeking a talented and passionate person to join our kitchen team at Desperados. As an Expo/Cashier/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our delicious street tacos while helping to maintain a fast-paced and efficient kitchen operation
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and assist them with their orders.
- Accurately ring up orders and process payments using our POS system.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, addressing any inquiries they might have about our menu.
- Keep the cashier station and surrounding areas clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables promptly and accurately, ensuring dishes are presented beautifully and per our quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to prioritize orders and coordinate timing for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, adhering to health codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred, but not required.
